Kingswood Estates

Kingswood Estates is an area just north of Kings Beach, off of highway 267. This is a nice neighborhood with good values – most homes are in wooded, quiet settings and are in close proximity to shopping and dining. Kingswood Estates is somewhat of a newer subdivision of Kings Beach, and as it sits higher in elevation, some homes have lake views. Northstar ski area is just up the road from Kingswood Estates. If you need some elbow room and still want value, Kingswood Estates is for you!
