Highlands – Tahoe City

Highlands, Tahoe City 96145 is an area about a mile north of Tahoe City proper. Situated on a hill, so some homes may have a lake view. Highlands is comprised mainly of permanent residents and professionals, this is a prestigious area with a “suburban” feel.  Homes here are well maintained, and the intermediate and high schools are located in the neighborhood.  Homes in Highlands include many newer and completely remodeled homes priced at the higher end.
