Glenshire and Devonshire are about 6 miles east of downtown Truckee, and the boundaries of the two are vague.  The community has its own store, preschool, ballet studio, and elementary school.  Glenshire real estate comes with an HOA that includes a clubhouse, pool, and tennis all with gorgeous Glenshire pond views.  Glenshire real estate has that countryside feel and truly lives up to it’s namesake. Larger parcels exist that are zoned for horses. This mostly family oriented full-time neighborhood provides a great locale for commuters. Few neighborhoods are not members of the Glenshire HOA so do inquire. Juniper Hills offer secluded 20 acre+ real estate for the estate living.
